fill out the information that your ISP game you. The
ENTRY NAME should be either the name of your ISP
or you can leave it as My Connection. The Comment is
optional, and you can put whatever you would like in here.
The phone number you need to enter what the ISP gave
you. Keep in mind that if your telephone company
requires 10 digit dialing you need to enter the area code
here as well. Leave the boxes "Use Telephony dialing
properties" and, "Use another port if busy" unchecked.
At this point, click on the SERVER tab at the top.
