Again,
here you'll see your username,
make sure it's correct, and the incoming POP3 mail server should be listed
as well.
Be sure POP is dotted under Mail Protocol. Passwords should be dotted under
Authentication. You can put a check in "Save password" so you don't have
to enter the password every time you check your mail.
Under Connection the options are simply optional. You can set these to
whatever you would like.
Under "Mail Management" the options are, again, optional. You can chose
to leave your messages on the server so you can download them from other
places later, delete the "deleted" messages on exit, and/or set it to automatically
skip large messages. (On a dialup sometimes
messages over 100K will cause you to timeout or even disconnect you.)
When finished, click on "Sending Mail" on the left. |
